PartyStream.Tv is a community platform for watching and broadcasting live streams, sharing music and other content, and connecting audiences with creators and partners. These terms explain access, responsibilities and the rules that apply when you use those features.
1. Operator, contact and scope
PartyStream.Tv is operated by Daniel Barančík. You can contact the operator at support@partystream.tv.
For account, content, contractual and privacy enquiries, contact support@partystream.tv or use Contact. These terms concern PartyStream's service. A particular creator, seller, event organiser or service provider may be the supplier of an individual offer; that identity and any additional conditions must be stated before you commit to it.
The Privacy Policy explains personal-data processing. The Refund Policy explains cancellations, defects, withdrawals and refunds. An offer's specific conditions apply only insofar as they are lawful, disclosed before agreement and compatible with mandatory rights. Nothing here removes statutory consumer protections.
2. Guestlist, interviews and age
Guestlist mode means a private, invitation-only beta test: the platform and its community content are not open to the general public. Interview is an application for a tester account, not open public registration, and submitting it does not guarantee access. The landing page, application form and legal information remain publicly accessible; this does not open the platform or exempt personal-data processing from GDPR. Testers remain subject to these Terms and the normal access rules.
While Guestlist mode is active, registration is invitation-based. You may receive an invitation directly or submit an Interview application with the information requested in the form, including at least one supported social profile for manual review. Submit accurate information and only photographs and profile links you are entitled to provide. Application review is intended to take up to 48 hours; this is a target, not a promise of acceptance or an absolute deadline.
An approved Interview results in an invitation, not an automatically created account or partner status. Invitations can have expiry dates, usage limits and recipient restrictions. Do not sell invitations, bypass those limits or use someone else's identity. An unsuccessful application does not prevent you from asking support about an error in the review.
You must be at least 16 to have an ordinary account. The age-16 rule is an eligibility condition in these terms; it does not introduce a document check for every ordinary account. People under 18 may use age-appropriate community features, but may not access content marked 18+. That restricted access requires a successful Didit result establishing that the account holder is at least 18; simply ticking a box is not enough.
If you are under 18, obtain a parent or guardian's assistance and consent where required for a particular contract or transaction. An ordinary account does not grant unrestricted capacity to enter paid or business arrangements. Do not give a false age, lend a verified account to a minor or bypass the age gate. Partner and restricted-feature requirements apply separately.
3. Your account and security
Keep your registration and contact details accurate, protect your password and use available two-factor authentication. Do not share session links, recovery codes, authentication tokens or another person's account. Report suspected compromise promptly. You may manage recognised devices and sessions through the available account settings.
You remain responsible for your own actions and for access you knowingly authorise, but these terms do not make you automatically liable for all unauthorised activity. We may require proportionate additional verification for sensitive changes, account recovery or suspected misuse. We will never need you to send your password or two-factor code to support.
4. Ordinary accounts, partners and PRO
An ordinary account can use the audience and community features made available to it, including watching, following, reactions, comments, chats and permitted feed posts or photographs. It does not automatically receive the right to upload standalone videos or music, sell products, create events or broadcast.
Creator tools are reserved for approved partners with the required identity verification, subject to the selected partner type, feature availability, account restrictions and applicable limits. Different partner types can have different permissions. PRO membership, identity verification, an age confirmation and partner approval are distinct statuses; one must not be presented as a guarantee of the others.
A partner is an independent participant, not automatically an employee, agent or endorsed representative of PartyStream. Partners are responsible for the accuracy of their offers, rights to their material, fulfilment, any required authorisations, and their own tax and business obligations. Verification does not certify artistic quality, ownership of every uploaded work, legal compliance of an event or financial reliability.
5. Didit identity and age verification
Where verification is required, PartyStream uses Didit. The verification screen explains the requested steps, which may include an identity document, selfie, liveness or face comparison, depending on the configured workflow. Read the accompanying privacy information before starting. Do not submit another person's documents or manipulated verification material.
PartyStream receives a verification reference and outcome and may use verified name and age information for account and access decisions. Access to 18+ material requires an approved verification establishing adulthood, not merely a completed session or identity badge. A successful identity check is not in itself acceptance of a partner application. An unsuccessful, pending or revoked result can prevent functions that require verification. Contact support if you believe the result is incorrect or cannot complete the process; do not assume that an alternative verification route is already available.
Verification data are processed as described in the Privacy Policy and the information shown during verification. Biometric processing requires a valid legal basis and safeguards. Accepting these Terms does not replace any separate explicit consent required for verification.
6. Your content and the permission needed to operate the service
You retain the rights you hold in your uploads, messages, photographs, music, broadcasts and other material. Posting does not transfer ownership to PartyStream. You grant the non-exclusive permission reasonably needed to host, store, copy, transcode, generate thumbnails and previews, deliver and display that material to the audience you select and to operate the features you request. Infrastructure providers may perform those operations on our behalf.
This permission does not authorise unrelated sale of your work or unrestricted use of your identity. Promotion on external social platforms through Share Studio follows the publishing action you authorise. Removing content or closing an account does not instantly remove copies already lawfully delivered to other people, external social posts or limited backup and evidential copies; see the Privacy Policy.
Only upload or broadcast material for which you hold the necessary rights and permissions. This includes musical compositions, recordings, performances, artwork, images of people, venue filming and any third-party trademarks. A licence for one platform, territory or use does not necessarily cover PartyStream. Partner approval or a subscription does not itself grant music or broadcasting rights.
7. Live streams, recordings and visibility
Live broadcasting can show your voice, image, surroundings, guests and audience interactions. Check the selected privacy, recording and access settings before starting. Do not broadcast private conversations or people who have not been appropriately informed and, where required, given permission.
Full-stream recording follows the available recording settings. Choosing not to record the full stream does not prevent the operational generation of stream thumbnails or preview assets, or a short promotional capture you request through Share Studio. Chat and transaction records have their own retention rules. Viewers may also make external copies that the platform cannot technically guarantee to prevent.
Public posts, profile information, reactions, chat messages and enabled OBS overlays may be visible to other users or in a broadcaster's output. Restricted content is governed by its access settings, but no online service can promise absolute protection against copying. Keep passwords, financial details, identity documents and other sensitive information out of public areas.
8. Share Studio, AI and external publishing
Share Studio processes the selected live moment, available profile and stream information, public chat elements and promotional assets. For requested caption generation, the relevant prompt, context and any image used by that feature are sent to the OpenAI API. When a viewer requests a chat translation, the selected message and target language are sent to OpenAI; names or other personal data may be present in the message. Interview answers and photos are not sent to AI services. Review AI-generated results: they can be inaccurate.
Publishing may send the selected format to PartyStream's connected Facebook Page or Instagram account, including posts, reels or stories supported by that destination. A linked profile or collaboration invitation is not a promise that the other platform will notify someone, approve a collaboration or deliver a particular reach. You must be authorised to use and mention the people and material included.
External platforms apply their own terms and moderation. Closing Share Studio does not cancel a publication already queued or completed. Contact support about a removal; deleting an asset inside PartyStream does not guarantee that every external copy, reshare or download disappears.
9. Community and prohibited conduct
Do not use the service for unlawful content, threats, targeted harassment, hate, exploitation, sexual content involving minors, non-consensual intimate material, impersonation, scams or disclosure of another person's private information. Do not infringe intellectual-property rights, distribute malware, evade access or age restrictions, manipulate purchases, engagement or rankings, or overload and attack the service.
Do not scrape personal information or send unsolicited bulk invitations or messages. Do not misrepresent automated or AI-generated material as an authentic statement or endorsement by another person. Report suspected violations through the available report controls or support, with a link and a clear explanation. Urgent danger should also be reported to the appropriate emergency or law-enforcement service.
10. Test tokens and future real-money services
Current mode: Guestlist play tokens are test units supplied for trying the platform. Real payments are currently disabled. Play tokens are not purchased money, a deposit, a cash claim, an investment or withdrawable earnings. A displayed euro equivalent during testing does not create a right to cash redemption. Test balances and test transactions may be reset under the announced test rules, including the transition out of play-token mode.
Activating real payments requires separate clear information about the supplier, price, taxes, fees, payment method, token use, any expiry, withdrawals and refund rights. Do not assume that current test balances will convert into paid credit or earnings. Legally required financial records and existing real-money claims must not be erased merely by changing a test setting.
Where paid features become available, the checkout and offer must identify what you are buying. Tokens, tips, gifts, paid content, fanclub subscriptions, event tickets, products and service bookings are not interchangeable legal categories. The applicable Refund Policy and mandatory law prevail over a generic label such as “non-refundable”.
11. Tips, gifts, paid content and recurring access
Check the recipient and amount before sending a tip or gift. Do not describe one as a charitable donation unless that is genuinely the case. A tip does not by itself buy a service, influence moderation or guarantee a response. Misapplied, duplicate or unauthorised transactions can be reported for investigation.
Paid video access, fanclub benefits and PRO features are limited to the scope and period described in the offer. Where renewal is enabled, review its price, interval and cancellation controls. Turning off renewal normally stops future renewals rather than reversing an already supplied period; statutory withdrawal and defect remedies remain unaffected. Do not redistribute paid or private content without permission.
12. Events, tickets and transfers
The named organiser is responsible for the event description, admission rules, venue, schedule, fulfilment and information about changes or cancellation. An invitation, “interested” response or follow is not a paid ticket or a guaranteed place. Ticket holders must meet the event's disclosed admission and age conditions.
Cancellation options, attendance checks and ticket resale or transfer depend on the event and the available platform function. Do not duplicate ticket codes, resell outside authorised rules or use a refunded or revoked ticket. A material change or cancellation must be assessed separately from a buyer simply changing their mind. Orders and refund history are retained even when an event is cancelled.
13. Store purchases and bookings
For merchandise and other store offers, check the seller, description, total price, shipping, delivery and return conditions. Whether the seller acts as a trader matters for consumer rights and must be disclosed. A seller cannot remove mandatory rights through an offer description.
For service bookings, agree the provider, scope, date, duration, location, requirements, price and cancellation policy. A request or counter-offer is not necessarily a confirmed booking. Reserved tokens may be held pending acceptance, performance or a dispute. The platform's internal hold is not a representation that a bank deposit or regulated escrow service is provided.
Cancellation and late-cancellation conditions are attached to the booking; consult the actual confirmed terms rather than assuming one universal refund percentage. Report non-performance or a disagreement through the booking and support channels promptly. A technical dispute window does not shorten mandatory legal limitation periods.
14. Moderation, restrictions and complaints
We may review reports and relevant evidence, limit particular features, remove unlawful or rule-breaking material, or suspend access where proportionate for safety, fraud prevention, legal requirements or serious/repeated violations. Automated security checks and recommendations do not replace a person's right to raise a substantiated complaint about an incorrect restriction.
Where required, we will communicate the reason and available review route, subject to lawful limits such as protecting an investigation or another person's safety. Contact support with the account or content reference to request review. Reporting a violation in good faith must not itself be treated as abuse; deliberately false or abusive reports may be restricted.
15. Deactivation, deletion and remaining obligations
Account deactivation stops access and revokes active sessions; it is not the same as erasing all personal data. Stop an active broadcast before requesting deactivation. Published material, communications, orders, refunds and records needed for other users' rights or legal obligations may remain, subject to access restrictions and data-retention rules.
You can request personal-data erasure through support. We will assess what can be deleted or anonymised and what must be retained, and explain applicable exceptions. Deactivation does not cancel unfulfilled orders, prevent legitimate refunds, erase financial history or automatically delete posts already published on Facebook or Instagram.
16. Availability, responsibility and changes
Streaming quality depends on the source, device, connection and delivery infrastructure. Maintenance, third-party outages and beta changes can affect availability. Keep your own originals where you need a lasting archive. These practical limits do not remove any binding commitment for a paid service or a remedy for defective or undelivered performance.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded, including mandatory consumer rights, intentional misconduct or other legally protected claims. We do not impose a blanket waiver of remedies or compulsory foreign arbitration.
We will communicate material changes to these Terms with their effective date and any notice required by law. Changes cannot retroactively remove accrued rights or rewrite an existing order.
17. Applicable law and resolving a dispute
These Terms are governed by Slovak law, without depriving consumers of mandatory protections or access to competent courts available under the law of their country of habitual residence. Translations help you understand the rules and do not override mandatory consumer protections.
First contact support about an unresolved issue. Consumers may use the competent alternative dispute-resolution body, including the Slovak Trade Inspection's ADR service where it has jurisdiction. The former EU Online Dispute Resolution platform is no longer operating. Your right to contact an authority or a competent court remains intact.
